I’ve been trying to get back into journaling lately. Just getting my thoughts down at the end of the day even when they don’t fully make sense. When I was younger, I would write in some sort of journal everyday; poetry, gossip, thoughts, whatever was going through my head. So, I have started a new project. I am writing one page in my journal a day. No more, no less. It doesn’t have to make sense for anyone else to read, or even for me to read later. Just words straight from my heart and head onto a page. So far, it’s been a really nice exercise. I would encourage other people to try something similar as it’s really therapeutic!
