Unfolding Faith
Written and directed by Elyse Bouvier
In this nuanced and timely short film, Elyse Bouvier explores how her decision to give up her faith redefined both her identity and her relationships with her parents. In raw yet empathic conversations with her devout mother and her father, a former pastor turned atheist, she touches on themes of emotional connection, intellectual pursuit and mixed-faith families.

Harmonia
Conceived and directed by Yvonne Mullock
Director of photography Elyse Bouvier
Harmonia is a multimedia work that uses mushrooms as a material and metaphor for human connectivity, made in mourning for a sibling. The title eludes to Pythagoras's discovery of order found in nature, using these principles of ratio and balance to unite my research into divergent interests of ancient zero-waste fashion practices, natural dye processes, fungi degeneration and regeneration with experience of grief.
